Yeah for Epiphanies!

How do these flashes of insight – of profound personal truth – make their way into our awareness?

910565_blogPerhaps it’s just a choice of making them welcome – of being open and allowing ourselves to recognize them.

I could get addicted to them.

It would be a wonderful, healthy addiction.

For over two years I’ve been following an organic creative process – feeling called  – allowing pieces of my personal life-work puzzle to fall into place. It has felt like a slow process and has been quite uncomfortable at times. Creativity seems to have a timeline all its own.

New Year’s Day, while watching a local PBS program as a remarkable 16-year old girl, Mina Saudagaran, was being interviewed about her philanthropy, I had one of these life-defining moments.

It was like a big jolt of energy. I just knew: my core purpose is to help youth that are being called to make a difference in the world.

And so this blog is going to transform over the next several months. My intention is to partner with young people like Mina – helping them to expand their message and their ability to make the changes they envision.

I’ll be mentoring and supporting the youth that want my help, and I’m really excited at the prospect of giving them their own space within this blog to share their visions, their journeys, and provide the opportunity to attract others that want to join them in their particular mission!
